Social Media Marketing Specialist
Own BriteBase’s voice on LinkedIn and X. Turn AML, FINTRAC and sanctions topics into content that compliance officers and fintech founders actually stop to read.

What you’ll do
- Plan and publish the LinkedIn and X calendar: four to five posts a week on AML screening, FINTRAC and PCMLTFA changes, sanctions and KYC/KYB.
- Break long-form resources (guides, regulatory analysis) into threads, carousels and short posts without losing accuracy.
- Grow the company page following and engagement among Canadian fintech, MSB, PSP and crypto compliance audiences.
- Run paid social experiments on LinkedIn and Meta against a defined cost-per-lead target, and report what worked.
- Sit with the founder and product so every compliance claim in a post is correct before it ships.
What you bring
- Three or more years running B2B social, ideally in fintech, SaaS or another regulated space.
- A portfolio of LinkedIn and X content you wrote, published and measurably grew.
- You can write about technical and regulatory subjects accurately, not just repackage a press release.
- Native-level English writing.
Nice to have
- Working familiarity with AML, sanctions or KYC concepts.
- Design in Figma or Canva, or short-form video editing.

What you’ll do
- Prospect and close compliance leaders and founders at fintechs, MSBs, PSPs and crypto businesses.
- Run discovery calls and demos of the screening and case-management platform end to end.
- Own your pipeline in the CRM and hit a quarterly closed-won target.
- Work with the founder on pricing, deal structure and the path from pilot to contract.
What you bring
- Three or more years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales with a documented closing record.
- You have carried and hit quota on a commission-heavy plan before.
- You are self-directed and comfortable with a commission-first structure that rewards results.
Nice to have
- You understand how compliance and AML buyers evaluate and buy.
- An existing network in Canadian fintech, payments or compliance.

Cloud Infrastructure & Security Specialist
Own the cloud infrastructure and security posture of a platform that screens regulated financial data. Set the standard the examiners will hold us to.

What you’ll do
- Own infrastructure as code in Terraform across every environment, plus the CI/CD that ships it.
- Harden the platform: least-privilege IAM, secrets management, network isolation and encryption in transit and at rest.
- Drive SOC 2 readiness end to end, from control design to evidence collection.
- Stand up monitoring, alerting and an incident-response runbook that a regulated customer would sign off on.
- Keep Canadian data residency and retention obligations enforced in the infrastructure, not just the policy doc.
What you bring
- Four or more years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps or platform security.
- Hands-on Terraform with a major cloud (AWS, GCP or Cloudflare).
- Real depth in IAM, secrets, network security and encryption.
- You have worked to a compliance framework such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Nice to have
- Experience with fintech or other regulated financial data.
- Kubernetes, and production experience on Cloudflare.
